Yoga
Yin is the ultimate relaxation, deep passive, static held stretches that work to soften and release more than muscle ache, it goes deeper into the connective tissue and somatically frees up energetic blocks.
Ashtanga is a fairly strong flow sequence to detoxify and energise the body, mind and emotions using breath, specific poses, and focus as meditation. Feel much clearer, energised and relaxed.
Nichole has created a shamanic yoga fusion of her 30 plus years practicing and teaching different styles of yoga comprising somatic movement - dancing, shaking, sound, kundalini, breath work and introducing some power animals as archetypes.
Vinyasa flow gently moves and weaves different poses together for flexibility, movement and stimulates energy while relaxing with the breath.
Bhakti Yoga or devotional Mantra chanting reduces stress and improves your mood by creating vibrations in the body and connects us to our higher power.
Meditation can be guided as yoga Nidra, sound journeys or practices to bring focus and lessen the chatter of the mind.
