Wellness and Work
-
Stress
Accumulates from commuting, noise and air pollution, working in fluorescent-lit open-plan spaces, sitting for hours in front of a screen, sitting for hours in meetings, the pressure of performance.
-
Balance
We need to put time into unravelling stress before discomfort becomes disease. We must also be mindful of the impact of stress on our personal relationships.
-
Health
Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health all need attention. Nurturing these areas makes us feel more relaxed, happy and healthy. We sleep better. We are more patient, focussed and creative.
Layered wellness as catalyst for organisational transformation
When facing fundamental change or in preparation for crucial launches, organisations need to harness every fibre of positivity and engagement from key team members.
We have developed a programme to synchronise and super charge mindsets and relationships.
This brave and transformative two month journey is designed to bring elegant alignment and inspiring outcomes.
The Plan
1. A space. We will transform a spare room in your office building into a beautiful, spiritual, wellness hub. Eg. An 18 sqm room would fit 10 people.
2. A programme: With a further understanding of your needs and goals, we will create a programme to suit, including but not limited to: yoga, sound baths, meditations, 1:1 healings, group ceremonies for trust and growth.
NB: The offering is deliberately around body, mind and spirit to power interpersonal change, vision and growth.
3. A framework: We will provide a digital booking mechanism, digital questionnaires to capture ongoing feedback, and comms to explain the concept and get buy-in from your team.
4. A lasting change: At the end of the two months, we will evaluate progress together and provide a succession plan in place should you and your team wish to continue your journey.
5.Giving back: A percentage of our fees for this work is donated to Safer Places women’s shelters. They do incredible work supporting women fleeing domestic violence in north London.

There is of course potential to introduce one-off and other iterations of this wellness programme.
